Enjoy a fitness weekend for the mind, body and spirit whilst practicing and improving your English.
This weekend takes place in a beautiful market town in Leicestershire, England.
You will take part in gym sessions with a professional coach, yoga sessions, relaxation sessions with a qualified hypnotherapist, a diet and nutrition workshop, cultural walks to learn about the history of the town with lots of opportunity to socialise and practice speaking English.
Gym sessions will be with a personal trainer and you will work at a level which is comfortable for you. If you are a fitness freak, the trainer will show you new techniques to push you to your limit!! However, you do not need any experience, if you are new to exercise, no problem. These sessions are designed so that everyone can take part and improve,
whatever level they're at.

Enjoy a relaxation workshop with a qualified hypnotherapist.
In this session, you will learn how to use techniques that are used for hypnotherapy, to help yourself to relax and to have a positive outlook on life. Everything will be fully explained and you will only do what you are comfortable with.
You will learn everything you need to know about eating a healthy, balanced diet and improving your energy levels.
Walk around the town and learn about it's history, take an early morning power walk for fitness, or take a relaxing stroll along the canal, the choice is yours!
You will end the weekend with a social evening. You will learn how to make cocktails and, of course, enjoy drinking them!
